Shipping Issues
All packages are insured during delivery and we will offer a free replacement or refund if your package is lost or does not arrive. This does not cover stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Return Shipping
If you wish to return an item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
