30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@myculmin.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@myculmin.com.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us at support@myculmin.com within 30 days of delivery and we will get the right fit to you. Simply return the original pair and we will ship the new size at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
